Orders & shipping

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and times can vary by destination, carrier and logistics conditions — especially during Black Friday and the holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $39 or more. Orders under $39 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95.

Will my items arrive together?

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For the holidays, orders placed between November 1 and December 25, 2026 can be returned until January 15, 2027. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us at support@cascalo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

The products

Do I need a plumber?

No. The Cascalo square shower head is designed to replace your current handheld shower head, with no plumber and no remodel.

I rent my place. Can I use it?

Yes. Keep your original shower head and put it back whenever you move.

Is the phone holder waterproof?

It's water-resistant, not waterproof. It's made for a steamy bathroom, but don't submerge it or aim the shower spray directly at it.

Will it arrive before the holidays?

We can't guarantee holiday delivery dates. Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 days, and peak-season volumes can add time, so we recommend ordering early.
