Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Cascalo online store (the "Site") and to purchases made on it. The Site is operated by Cascalo ("Cascalo", "we", "us"), an online store operated from Peru. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product packaging may vary. Product features are described as provided; please read each product page before buying.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on orders of $39 or more; orders under $39 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed at checkout by our platform and payment providers.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, the carrier and logistics conditions, especially during peak holiday periods. Items in the same order may ship separately. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our holiday return window.

7. Proper use of products

Follow the included instructions and use products only for their intended purpose. The shower phone holder is water-resistant, not waterproof: don't submerge it or aim the shower spray directly at it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Cascalo or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". Except as required by law, Cascalo won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
